I’ve had this bar pad for 3 years now and the only reason I’m getting a new one is because the new designs are too cute to pass up! It holds up amazing and has been SOLID for my hip thrusts. I haven’t used it for anything else but I can tell you for the price, it’s INCREDIBLE. Also, I work at a gym and we go through the other squat sponges on a monthly basis… the SuzieB sponges are lasting and cute!!

LOVE LOVE LOOOVE IT !! Just got it in today (ordered on 1/13 and got it today 1/20) absolutely amazing material, sooo much thicker than the one my gym offers ! I have not used it yet but i am super excited to, so cute and happy i have my own for whenever :))

PERFECT for hip thrusts! It just rolls the barbell right onto your lap! Hate to say it but it's not great for squatting. It's too large and too stiff and I was nervous it was going to cause the barbell to just roll right off my back! But I will continue to use it as my designated hip thrust pad. I love that it Velcros together so it won't slide off while trying to get in position for hip thrusts. But my hair actually gets caught in the Velcro during squats. So bottom line, I highly recommend it for hip thrusts but not squats. I'm glad they brought back the Y2K design. I saw it was out of stock for the longest time and I had great despair that I had missed out on the chance to own a pastel rainbow barbell pad. So glad it's back! Get it while you can!

ATTENTION TO ANYONE WHO HAS HAD A C-SECTION OR ANY TRAUMA TO THE LOWER STOMACH AREA.
You need, NEED, this bar pad. I’m about 7 months postpartum and this pad makes it possible to do hip thrusts again. Without the pad, hip thrusts are so incredibly painful it makes you shake. Thanks to this bar pad I’m able to do my workouts the way I want without being in immense pain. Thank you Suzie for making it possible to go back to my workouts after giving birth

This adds a good amount of padding and does help a lot when doing hip thrusts.
I wish it was a little less padded, I find it always rolls off to the less padded side. Well idk if it is the amount of padding or what. But it does feel a lot better with the pad then without.

Love all of suzies products! I have long bands and glute bands and Just recently bought a home gym so I knew I was definitely getting my bar pad from her. High quality and so unbelievably cute!!
