The glute band is amazing! First of all the design is so cute. It is a medium/heavy band and you can feel it. I thought I was ready but it’s making me work. They are such a good quality. They don’t slip or flip. I love them!

This workout band is so cute AND durable. I enjoy doing leg workouts with this band, but realized it’s a little heavier than anticipated! Definitely have to use my lighter bands for some workouts, but now I have something to build up to.

Not normally one to post reviews but BITCH.. when I say you need these bands- you need them. Just when you think those $15 bands from amazon does your leg day good-think again and spend a few more bucks on suzies bands. Now after leg day my boyfriend practically has to roll me up and down our 3 flights of steps to get to our condo because I’m so sore. Please dont even get my started with the designs.. every launch I try to tell myself I don’t need another band and you know what happens? I end up ordering at least 2 more (send help please). I also just ordered the cute ankle straps because I figured I may as well level up from my $14 amazon strap(literally 1.. not 2. My lazy ass cannot be bothered to switch the strap onto my other ankle anymore). Anywho, moral of the story is buy a band or 2 or 12 like me. You won’t regret it...or maybe you will because what seemed like a harmless purchase turns into a addiction. Thanks suzie for changing my leg day(:
