Can I return or exchange my items?

How can I wash my bands?
You can soak your band in warm water with soap. Lay flat to dry.
 
How can I clean and properly take care of my gym mat?
Spot clean with damp cloth, cold water, and mild detergent. Dry flat in a cool, ventilated place. Always be sure to roll your gym mat with top side (design side) of mat facing out. Also, avoid storage areas with sharp edges or cubbies that can leave lasting marks on your mat.

Yes, we do ship internationally.

What about customs fees, duties and taxes?
Please note that all customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the pricing or shipping costs.

What resistance should I purchase?
We suggest beginners always start out with our light/medium resistance, but you can use either resistance! It depends on what you're using the band for and your fitness level.
 
How many resistances do you offer?
Two. Light/Medium and Medium/Heavy. Our bands are not measured in pounds or kilograms. 
 
Is there a rubber grip interior on the inside of the glute band?
Yes. There are 2 strips of rubber on the inside to prevent slipping and rolling. 
 
What is the bar pad used for?
The bar pad is intended to help take strain off your neck, and/or hips! It is most often used for hip thrusts and squats. Our bar pad is also 17 inches in length and is designed to fit all standard size barbells.
 
Can my ankle straps be adjusted?
Yes. We tried to make them universal for everyone. If you have smaller ankles, you can overlap the front for a tighter fit. 
 
My order said it was delivered, but I never received it.
We’re so sorry that this has happened, please reach out to customer support within 5 business days from date of delivery and provide your order number and tracking and they will be able to further assist you. 
  
What lengths do your bands come in?
Our regular glute band is 13 inches in length (26 inches circumference). Our “boyfriend” glute band is 15 inches in length (30 inches in circumference). Our long bands are 38 & ½ inches in length (76 inches in circumference). 
 
What is your “Boyfriend Band”?
Our boyfriend band was made for a male, or anyone that wanted more room in their resistance band. It is available in our Medium/Heavy resistance as well as our Light/Medium resistance, with just a larger circumference than our standard glute band.
 
What are your long bands used for?
Long bands are so versatile, and perfect for home and gym workouts. You can check Suzie’s Instagram for video examples using her long bands.
 
How long are shipping times?
Unless it is during a new release or holiday/sale event, orders ship within 1-2 business days. During new product release, holidays / sales or pre-sales, shipping times will be adjusted and revised during that time.

Can I cancel my order? 
Your order can only be cancelled prior to the order being shipped. Once an order has been shipped (you have received an email with your tracking information) we can no longer cancel the order. To have your order cancelled, please email customer service at bands@suziebfit.com and provide your Name, Order Number and in the subject line "Order Cancellation". Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email of the cancelled order. Please allow the banks/credit card companies, 3-5 business days for the refund to clear through to your account. 
  
Can I change my shipping address? 
Your shipping address can be changed prior to the order being shipped. Please email customer service at bands@suziebfit.com and include your Name, Order Number and correct shipping address you'd like it changed to. Once your shipping address has been changed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Only a shipping address can be changed, billing addresses cannot be changed. Once an order has been shipped (you have received an email with your tracking information) we can no longer change the shipping address. 
 
Can I change out items from my order or add on an item to my order?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change out the inventory on it or add additional items to an existing order. 
 
I never received a confirmation email? 
Please double check that our emails are not going to your Spam folder. Typically, that is where they get filtered to. If after checking your Spam folder and there still is no email confirmation, it most likely means the email was entered in incorrectly at checkout. Please reach out to customer service at bands@suziebfit.com. Please include your Name, Order Number and correct email address to have it changed to.
