- Can I cancel my order? Your order can only be cancelled prior to the order being shipped. Once an order has been shipped (you have received an email with your tracking information) we can no longer cancel the order. To have your order cancelled, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your Name, Order Number and in the subject line "Order Cancellation". Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email of the cancelled order. Please allow the banks/credit card companies, 3-5 business days for the refund to clear through to your account.
- Can I change my shipping address? Your shipping address can be changed prior to the order being shipped. Please email customer service at email@example.com and include your Name, Order Number and correct shipping address you'd like it changed to. Once your shipping address has been changed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Only a shipping address can be changed, billing addresses cannot be changed. Once an order has been shipped (you have received an email with your tracking information) we can no longer change the shipping address.
- Can I change out items from my order or add on an item to my order? Once an order has been placed, we cannot change out the inventory on it or add additional items to an existing order.
- I never received a confirmation email? Please double check that our emails are not going to your Spam folder. Typically, that is where they get filtered to. If after checking your Spam folder and there still is no email confirmation, it most likely means the email was entered in incorrectly at checkout. Please reach out to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Name, Order Number and correct email address to have it changed to.
