Definitely a great quality band! It is labeled medium/heavy but honestly, it is mainly heavy resistance! I can't even use it yet because of how heavy the resistance is but I know I will get there! I ended up purchasing a lighter band as well! I do recommend!

The medium to heavy band is actually extra heavy for me. I was expecting it to be like medium to heavy range. The fabric is great though. It stretches well and does not snap.

This band is fantastic! So so much better than the standard elastic ones that ride up when you do anything. This band has grip inside of it, so it stays still when you are doing your exercises. An 11/10 recommendation from me! Also, I had an issue with my order in the beginning, and I emailed customer service on a Saturday night. The following Monday morning, at 7 a.m., I had a response and the issue was solved. The products are great and the customer service is too!

She don’t play. This band is STRONG! It saved my life during the COVID-19 quarantine! This is more of a heavy lifting band than a “glute activation” band. Definitely go for the light/medium if you’re looking for glute activation.

This is my second glute band I purchased, and I only purchased a second because the designs are so beautiful not because the resistance decreased! I’ve been using these bands for a few years now, multiple times a week with body weight and weight and they are still as strong as when I first purchased them. I love this glute band. Have had it since March and it hasn’t stretched out at all. I usually wear shorts when I workout but these haven’t slipped at all nor do I feel them moving when being used!
Finally I love the thought that Suzie has put in with the aesthetics! Not only do I love marble but the white marble light band (that I also have) to compliment this black heavy band is *chefs kiss*!
Suzie puts so much effort into these bands (and products!) and you can really tell when using these to get that booty.
