I ordered this bar pad to help with my hip thrusts. The pad fits snugly over the bar and even without securing the opening it doesn't want to spin around the bar. Once the velcro is engaged it's definitely not moving. The thickness of the pad is perfect. The pattern is cute. I really love everything about this bar pad. Thank you!

This bar pad is a game changer! I used to just thug it out and hip thrust without a pad, which was not a fun time. The pad has so much cushion and allows me to hip thrust heavier weights! Plus I get so many compliments on the pad!

Very cute and fun. The hole on the inside is a little on the smaller size. I use it with the smith machine and can slightly close it up. Am hoping though the more I use it the more it will stretch out and also the foam will compress.

Cute print. I love the material. I wish the Pad was a little thicker and it seems to be breaking down and getting thinner already and I haven’t had it very long. I wish there was a way to prevent the pad from spinning on the bar to keep it in place because when you’re lifting heavy weight and the pads slips so the bar goes through the crack and there’s nothing between your body and the bar it’s pretty painful. I find holding onto the pad helps keep it in place. Overall this is the best pad I’ve come across and I really like this Product line.
