Hopefully, this gets filtered. My experience is likely unique. I have very small wrists rendering the straps too long. When I wrap them around the bar it’s too bulky resulting a very wide open hand grip and failure. I had to stop my workout because I couldn’t grasp at all even without the straps. My solution may be to wear a wrist band underneath, but that requires those of us with small wrists to purchase additional products to use your straps. Alternatively, I may look into straps for kids. I feel badly leaving this review but if I don’t tell you, you will never know. :/

The wrist pad makes heavy weights hurt less and I like that the cow print is grippy. Very cute! I wish there was a shorter strap version, sometimes it’s nice to just wrap it once and not have a long tail.

These are really helpful when I'm lifting the barbell at the gym. I find this to be comfortable and it doesn't feel weird after all the sweating either. I have sweaty palms normally and it still feels airy and stays put regardless of that!

Honestly, these are THE best lifting straps. So cozy on the wrist with the padding. And you can’t go wrong with the design. Super cute! The grips help me lift heavy and the bag they come in help me keep my gym bag organized. 100% recommend!
