Love this band! I already had the white marble long band but couldn’t help getting this when it came out. It’s such a cute design and I’ve found a way to use both long bands in some of my workouts so it has definitely come in useful have 2 of the same resistance. This light/medium is a great resistance if you are new to long bands or even if you aren’t, it’s just an all around great workout.
