What's included:

  • Contains a detailed document outlining the plan, along with videos showing how to properly perform each exercise. This plan is all digital and can be saved to iBooks. You also have the option to print it out.
  • 7 weeks of workouts, 5 days per week

The affordable 5-week full-body Summer Body plan covers all muscle groups. SuzieB Fitness created her affordable workout plans as the second installment of the Full Body Gym Plan. You'll improve your overall strength, muscle building, and see fat loss results from it, as well.
